Keys of the Kingdom Day Care, LLC welcomes caring individuals to apply for employment or volunteer opportunities serving seniors across Birmingham. Our convenient online application is accessible on phone, tablet, or computer, featuring separate paths for staff and volunteer roles.

To comply with Alabama senior-care standards (Alabama Code § 38-13-3 and Alabama DHR adult-day-care guidelines), all applicants must provide valid photo identification—an Alabama or out-of-state ID, driver's license, or military ID. Screening includes mandatory criminal history disclosures, fingerprint background checks, and Alabama DHR registry clearances (Elder in Need of Protective Services Abuse Registry and Child Abuse/Neglect Central Registry) alongside signed screening consent.

Employment and Volunteer Application

Keys of the Kingdom Day Care, LLC welcomes applications from qualified individuals interested in employment or volunteer opportunities. To help meet Alabama requirements for senior citizen care settings, applicants may be asked to provide a valid, government-issued photo identification document, such as an Alabama driver’s license, Alabama non-driver state ID, or another acceptable state-issued ID. Applicants may also be required to complete background screening, provide references, submit health or training documentation, and meet any additional licensing, safety, and personnel requirements applicable to the position. All information provided will be reviewed confidentially and used only for application, screening, and compliance purposes.
